The Hill Country Swing 50-State Dance Challenge Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is offered, administered, and funded by Big Red Dog Productions LLC, the business entity for Cliff & Susan (the "Promoter"). No third-party sponsor funds or administers this Sweepstakes. The Promoter's mailing address is P.O. Box 26624, Little Rock, Arkansas 72221. The Sweepstakes celebrates participation in the Hill Country Swing dance campaign and is separate from the ongoing, non-prize 50-State Dance Challenge described in Section 7.

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

1. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 28, 2026, at the time the official Sweepstakes entry page is first made publicly available, and ends on November 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time ("CT") (the "Promotion Period").

The Promoter's computer systems and records are the official timekeeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

Entries submitted or received outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who, at the time of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence.

The following are not eligible to enter or win: members, managers, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, or other individuals materially involved with Big Red Dog Productions LLC in developing, administering, or promoting the Sweepstakes; Cliff Prowse and Susan Prowse; Rowdy Roundabout Dancing, Macey Vaught, and Caleb Johnson; paid campaign creators whose content was commissioned specifically for the campaign; and the immediate family members and household members of any such person.

For purposes of these Official Rules, "immediate family" means spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the spouse of any such person, whether or not residing in the same household.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, donation, stream, download, merchandise purchase, event ticket purchase, subscription, follow, share, friend tag, or other payment is required to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not improve an entrant's chances of winning.

Marketing consent is not required to enter. Any optional email or SMS marketing consent offered on the entry page is separate from Sweepstakes entry and may be declined without affecting eligibility or odds of winning.

4. How to Enter

Each eligible person may receive a maximum of one (1) entry total, regardless of social platform, number of posts, or number of entry-form submissions.

To enter during the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant must complete all of the following steps:

1. Learn the Hill Country Swing dance. Entrants may perform the official dance, an adapted version, or simply give the dance their best shot. Dance skill is not judged and does not affect the odds of winning.
2. Create a video showing the entrant participating in the Hill Country Swing dance or a recognizable adaptation of it (a "Dance Video Entry").
3. Post the Dance Video Entry publicly on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.
4. Use the official "Hill Country Swing" by Cliff & Susan song/audio available on the selected platform, and use or select the chorus/dance section where the platform allows selection of the audio start point.
5. Tag the official Cliff & Susan account on the platform and identify the entrant's U.S. state in the post, caption, or entry form.
6. Complete and submit the official Sweepstakes entry form at https://join.cliffandsusan.live/hill-country-swing-challenge-page before the end of the Promotion Period, including the entrant's name, email address, state, link to the public Dance Video Entry, required eligibility confirmations, and acceptance of these Official Rules.

Posting the Dance Video Entry and completing the official entry form are both required for a qualifying Sweepstakes entry. A social-media post by itself does not constitute entry, and an entry-form submission without a qualifying public Dance Video Entry does not constitute entry.

The official entry form, not a social-media tag or message, is the Promoter's official record of entry.

A social-media account or video that is private, inaccessible, deleted, removed, or otherwise unavailable when the Promoter attempts to verify the entry may be deemed ineligible. Entrants should keep the qualifying post publicly viewable through at least November 13, 2026, or until notified that winner verification is complete, whichever occurs first.

Duplicate submissions, multiple identities, multiple email addresses used by the same person, automated entries, or attempts to obtain more than one entry may result in disqualification of all entries associated with that person.

5. Dance Video Entry Requirements

A Dance Video Entry must:

• be the entrant's original submission, or be posted with all permissions necessary for the entrant to submit it and authorize its use under these Official Rules;
• visibly show a good-faith attempt to participate in the Hill Country Swing dance or an adapted version of it;
• use the official Hill Country Swing audio available through TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook, as applicable;
• be posted publicly during the Promotion Period;
• comply with the applicable platform's terms, rules, and community standards;
• not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, hateful, harassing, or dangerous content;
• not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, music, performance, or other third-party right; and
• not contain third-party material for which the entrant does not have permission.

If any person other than the entrant appears recognizably in a submitted video, the entrant represents that the entrant has that person's permission to record, post, submit, and authorize use of the video as described in these Official Rules. If a minor appears in a video, the entrant represents that the entrant has permission from the minor's parent or legal guardian.

The Promoter may disqualify a submission that the Promoter reasonably determines does not satisfy these requirements or that could create legal, safety, or reputational risk for the campaign.

6. One Person = One Qualifying Sweepstakes Entry

Each person is limited to one (1) total Sweepstakes entry.

Posting additional videos, posting on more than one platform, sharing the campaign, following accounts, tagging friends, streaming the song, purchasing music or merchandise, joining an email or SMS list, or taking any other action does not create additional Sweepstakes entries.

The Promoter may still repost, feature, or celebrate additional fan videos as part of the ongoing Hill Country Swing campaign, but additional content does not increase that person's odds of winning.

7. The 50-State Map Is Separate from Winner Selection

The public 50-state map is a campaign-tracking feature and does not determine Sweepstakes winners.

A state may be added to the public map when a participant outside the Cliff & Susan team posts a qualifying Hill Country Swing dance video that the Promoter can verify. Cliff & Susan performances, team-created videos, and paid seed content do not fill a state on the public map.

More than one entrant may enter from the same state. A state's appearance on the map does not increase or decrease the odds of winning for any entrant from that state.

The Promotion Period ends on November 8, 2026, but the non-prize Hill Country Swing 50-State Dance Challenge may continue after that date. Videos posted after the Promotion Period may be celebrated as part of the ongoing challenge but will not be entered into this Sweepstakes.

8. Random Drawing and Odds

On or about November 9, 2026, the Promoter will conduct, or cause to be conducted, a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The first eligible entry randomly selected will be the potential Grand Prize winner. The next three (3) eligible entries randomly selected will be the potential Runner-Up Prize winners.

All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before being confirmed as winners.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Dance quality, follower count, views, likes, shares, comments, streaming activity, popularity, production quality, state represented, and platform used do not affect the random drawing or the odds of winning.

9. Prizes

Grand Prize: One (1)

The Grand Prize consists of:

• $500 USD cash; and
• one (1) Cliff & Susan Ultimate Fan Pack.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $750

Runner-Up Prizes: Three (3)

Each of three (3) Runner-Up winners will receive:

• one (1) Cliff & Susan Ultimate Fan Pack.

ARV of each Runner-Up Prize: $250

Each Cliff & Susan Ultimate Fan Pack Includes

• two (2) Cliff & Susan T-shirts, winner's choice from available sizes S to 3X;
• one (1) Cliff & Susan hat;
• one (1) signed Cliff & Susan poster;
• two (2) 5 oz bottles of Spitfire Hot Sauce;
• one (1) Cliff & Susan koozie; and
• one (1) Cliff & Susan sticker pack.

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,500

Prizes are non-transferable except at the Promoter's discretion. No substitution or cash redemption is permitted, except that the Promoter may substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if an advertised prize component becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control. The cash component of the Grand Prize will remain $500 USD unless modification is required by law.

T-shirt sizes and merchandise styles are subject to available inventory. The Promoter is not responsible for variations in color, style, packaging, or appearance of merchandise that do not materially reduce the stated retail value of the prize.

All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and any other costs or expenses not expressly stated in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. A winner may be required to provide tax information or receive tax reporting documentation where required by law.

10. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be contacted at the email address provided on the official entry form and may also be contacted through the social-media account associated with the Dance Video Entry.

A potential winner must respond to the Promoter's notification within seventy-two (72) hours of the time the notification is sent, unless the Promoter specifies a longer period.

As a condition of receiving a prize, a potential winner may be required to provide proof of age, identity, state of residence, and eligibility, and may be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability/publicity release, tax documentation, prize acceptance form, or other documents reasonably necessary to administer and fulfill the prize, where lawful.

If a potential winner:

• cannot be contacted;
• does not respond within the required period;
• is found ineligible;
• does not comply with these Official Rules;
• fails to provide required verification documents; or
• declines the prize,

the Promoter may disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

The Promoter intends to announce confirmed winners on or about November 10, 2026 through Cliff & Susan's official channels. If verification is not complete by that date, the Promoter may delay the public announcement until the applicable winner has been confirmed.

11. Rights in Dance Video Entries

Entrants retain ownership of the original content they create.

By submitting a Dance Video Entry, the entrant grants the Promoter and the Promoter's authorized designees a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for a period of two (2) years after the close of the Promotion Period, to reproduce, repost, display, perform, excerpt, edit for length or format, caption, distribute, and otherwise use the submitted video, together with the entrant's first name, social handle, and city and/or state, in connection with:

• administering and documenting the Sweepstakes;
• the Hill Country Swing 50-State Dance Challenge;
• promotion of "Hill Country Swing";
• promotion of the Come On In album era; and
• Cliff & Susan promotional content, including organic social posts and paid digital advertising.

This license includes the right to resize, crop, subtitle, shorten, or reformat an entry for platform compatibility, provided the Promoter does not materially misrepresent the entrant or the content.

No additional compensation is owed for uses authorized by this section. The Promoter is not obligated to use any entry.

Where required by law, the Promoter may request an additional release from an entrant before using a video in paid advertising or other commercial media.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Promoter and its authorized designees to use the winner's name, city and state, likeness, voice, social-media handle, prize information, and statements about the Sweepstakes for lawful publicity relating to the Sweepstakes, Hill Country Swing, Come On In, and Cliff & Susan, without additional compensation.

13. Privacy

Information submitted through the official entry form will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, prevent fraud, maintain required records, and carry out other activities reasonably necessary to operate the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes entry is separate from marketing consent. If an entrant separately and affirmatively chooses to join an email or SMS marketing list, that consent is governed by the terms and privacy disclosures presented with that optional choice and is not a condition of entering or winning.

The Promoter may share entrant information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, verify winners, deliver prizes, or provide legal and compliance services, or as otherwise required by law.

14. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter reasonably determines has:

• attempted to obtain more than the permitted number of entries;
• used false information, bots, automation, scripts, multiple identities, or fraudulent methods;
• interfered with the operation or integrity of the Sweepstakes;
• tampered with an entry form, drawing, website, or platform process;
• violated these Official Rules or applicable platform rules; or
• engaged in abusive, threatening, harassing, or unlawful behavior in connection with the promotion.

If fraud, technical failure, platform outage, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another event outside the Promoter's reasonable control materially impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, the Promoter may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law. If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, the Promoter may award the prizes by random drawing from eligible entries received before the impairment occurred, if lawful and reasonably practicable.

The Promoter's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Big Red Dog Productions LLC; Cliff Prowse and Susan Prowse, professionally known as Cliff & Susan; their contractors, promotional partners, administrators, members, managers, employees, representatives, and agents; and TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, and Instagram (collectively, the "Released Parties") from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except to the extent such release is prohibited by applicable law.

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, deleted, inaccessible, corrupted, or technically failed entries; platform outages or removals; transmission failures; incorrect or inaccurate entry information; or other technical or human errors outside their reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Social-Media Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram.

Entrants understand that they are providing entry information to the Promoter, not to TikTok, Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. Questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to the Promoter and not to any social-media platform.

By participating, each entrant releases TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, and Instagram from responsibility for the administration of the Sweepstakes, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

Except where prohibited by law, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action arising from the Sweepstakes that is not otherwise subject to a mandatory law of the entrant's state of residence will be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and each entrant consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

This section does not waive any non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law.

18. Winners List and Rules Requests

A copy of these Official Rules is available during the Promotion Period at https://join.cliffandsusan.live/official-rules-hcs-challenge-page.

After winners have been confirmed, the Promoter may publish the winners' first names, last initials, cities and/or states, social handles, and/or prize designations through Cliff & Susan's official channels.

For a winners list or a copy of these Official Rules, email [email protected] with the subject line "Hill Country Swing Sweepstakes: Rules/Winners List." Requests for a winners list must be received within ninety (90) days after the close of the Promotion Period.
